About returns and refunds

When returning an item, please use the original packaging in which it was delivered. If the packaging is not available, for example after it has been destroyed, please provide another box suitable for sending the item in its entirety and return it to us. For returns from places other than the United States or Japan,we recommend that you use a box that does not contain food or animal designs so that customs clearance can proceed smoothly. If a branded box is used as the packaging and returned, the item will be considered used and no refund will be given. Also, please return all branded packing materials such as dust bags, boxes, cases, etc. that were included with the product when it arrived.
