The delivery of the product will be processed in order after the order and payment have been received.

If you order and pay by 9:00 am, we will ship it to you within 2 business days.

*Shipping services are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and long holidays.

About delivery method

*Orders within the United States will be shipped from Virginia and delivered by UPS.
*Orders outside the United States will be delivered by UPS, with the shipping address originating either from the United States or Japan.
*Due to logistical cost considerations, customers outside the United States cannot specify the initial shipping location. If you need to specify, an additional $50 express fee will be charged.

*We cannot respond to delivery office stop or delivery office stop.

Regarding the delivery status, please refer to the shipping company's inquiry service based on the tracking number that is included in the "Order Shipment Notification" e-mail sent at the time of shipment.

If you would like to change the delivery address or have any other requests at the time of delivery, please check the tracking number and contact the delivery company directly.

Regarding bundling of products ordered separately

Since each order is packed individually, we cannot ship products with different order numbers together.

About Tracking Package Number

You can track the delivery status of packages shipped from our shop. Please enter the inquiry tracking number that is included in the "shipment completion email" from our shop.

About Tariffs

Domestic Orders (within the USA): No tariffs.
International Orders (outside the USA): The specific tariff amount is determined by the customs of the receiving country. Since customs regulations vary by country, it is not possible to accurately predict or provide specific guidance to customers in advance.

About long-term absence and refusal to receive

If you would like to resend an item that has returned to our store due to a long absence or refusal to receive it,We will resend it after paying the round-trip shipping fee.

*Items once shipped cannot be redelivered or forwarded to another address. Please note.

In addition, in the case of resending at a later date, we will charge the shipping fee for resending.

Please be aware of this before purchasing.

Regarding Lost or Damaged Goods

*If the courier company loses your package, please do not worry. After we confirm with the courier company, we will refund your order amount within 2 business days. If the goods are damaged due to courier issues, we will accept the return and cover all shipping costs after confirmation with the courier company.
