Refund policy

When returning an item, please use the original packaging in which it was delivered.

If the packaging is not available, for example after it has been destroyed, please provide another box suitable for sending the item in its entirety and return it to us. For returns from places other than the United States or Japan, we recommend that you use a box that does not contain food or animal designs so that customs clearance can proceed smoothly.

If a branded box is used as the packaging and returned, the item will be considered used and no refund will be given. Also, please return all branded packing materials such as dust bags, boxes, cases, etc. that were included with the product when it arrived. Return policy

Please check the following before proceeding with the return procedure. If the conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept your return.

2. The Pineapple Luxury tag/brand tag is still attached.

3. Unused, unwashed, undamaged condition.

4. The items included in the product are in the condition at the time of delivery.

We cannot accept returns if the item is missing items. note that.

5. If the product is returned due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

6. When returning the product, there is no specified shipping company, but please use a trackable shipping company.

7. Please return the product you wish to return to the address listed below together with your purchase statement.

8. Even if 14 days have passed since we informed you of the return, if we cannot confirm the arrival of the returned item, we will not be able to accept the return.

9. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the product that arrived, it is not limited to the above.

10. For return requests initiated solely by the buyer, PineappleLuxury will deduct 8% of the transaction amount as a return handling fee when processing the refund. However, exceptions apply in cases where the product was damaged during shipping, destroyed, or if there is a significant discrepancy between the received item and the images displayed in the online store.

About refund
As soon as the returned item arrives at the seller and has been inspected and accepted, we will begin the refund process (inspection may take up to a week).
Refunds will be made according to the payment method and exchange rate selected by the customer at the time of purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days, but may vary slightly depending on the closing date and payment date of each credit card company. Please note.
Shipping and handling charges incurred at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds.
