When returning an item, please use the original packaging in which it was delivered. If the packaging is not available, for example after it has been destroyed, please provide another box suitable for sending the item in its entirety and return it to us. For returns from places other than the United States or Japan,we recommend that you use a box that does not contain food or animal designs so that customs clearance can proceed smoothly. If a branded box is used as the packaging and returned, the item will be considered used and no refund will be given. Also, please return all branded packing materials such as dust bags, boxes, cases, etc. that were included with the product when it arrived. 5.If the product is returned due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
6. When returning the product, there is no specified shipping company, but please use a trackable shipping company.

*Orders within the United States will be shipped from Virginia and delivered by UPS.
*Orders outside the United States will be delivered by UPS, with the shipping address originating either from the United States or Japan.
*Due to logistical cost considerations, customers outside the United States cannot specify the initial shipping location. If you need to specify, an additional $50 express fee will be charged.
*We cannot respond to delivery office stop or delivery office stop.
